Who we are
NHID-Clinical is an open proposal operated by Brianna Baynard. You can reach us at contact@nhid-clinical.org.
Information we collect
We collect only what you submit to use a specific feature: a phone number when you request a demo call or the starter-pack text, and a CAPTCHA token used solely to deter automated abuse. We do not require accounts and we do not collect health information through this website.
How we use it
We use your phone number only to perform the action you requested — placing the demo call, or sending the one-time starter-pack text. We apply per-number and per-IP rate limits to prevent abuse.
SMS / mobile messaging terms
If you opt in to the starter-pack text program — by checking the consent box on our opt-in form or by pressing the corresponding key on our demo phone line — you agree to receive a one-time SMS containing your starter-pack link.
- We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in information or consent to any third parties.
- Message frequency: one message per request.
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Data retention
Rate-limit and demo-status records are stored transiently and automatically expire (typically within one hour). We do not maintain a marketing list from these requests.
Your choices
You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. For any other request regarding your information, email contact@nhid-clinical.org.
