NHID-Clinical is an open proposal operated by Brianna Baynard. You can reach us at contact@nhid-clinical.org.

We collect only what you submit to use a specific feature: a phone number when you request a demo call or the starter-pack text, and a CAPTCHA token used solely to deter automated abuse. We do not require accounts and we do not collect health information through this website.

We also use Plausible Analytics to understand aggregate website usage, including page views, referral sources, countries, devices, and entry and exit pages. Plausible is configured as a cookieless analytics script; NHID-Clinical does not use it to identify named visitors, and this site analytics does not receive the contents of pilot datasets or health information.

This site uses Plausible Analytics on every page to count visits. It is cookieless, sets no identifier on your device, and collects aggregate measures only: page views, referring site, approximate country, device type and browser. It does not build a profile of you, does not follow you to other sites, and we do not use it for advertising. We read it to learn which pages people find useful.

Two limits worth stating, because this project argues that disclosure should come before data moves. First, Plausible is a third party: it processes requests on our behalf and has its own privacy terms, linked above. Second, approximate country is derived by Plausible from the connecting network — we never see your IP address, and we do not combine this with anything else you send us. Nothing here is linked to a phone number submitted through a form, and nothing here can tell us whether anyone has run the Tier 0 pilot kit, which operates entirely offline and reports nothing to us.

You can block it with any content blocker and the site will work normally.

We use your phone number only to perform the action you requested — placing the demo call, or sending the one-time starter-pack text. We apply per-number and per-IP rate limits to prevent abuse.

If you opt in to the starter-pack text program — by checking the consent box on our opt-in form or by pressing the corresponding key on our demo phone line — you agree to receive a one-time SMS containing your starter-pack link.

• We do not share or sell your mobile opt-in information or consent to any third parties.
• Message frequency: one message per request.
• Message and data rates may apply.
• Reply STOP to opt out at any time; reply HELP for help.
• Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Rate-limit and demo-status records are stored transiently and automatically expire (typically within one hour). We do not maintain a marketing list from these requests.

You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP. For any other request regarding your information, email contact@nhid-clinical.org.
